the very last chord of your tab needs to be transcribed up one fret (the A)

Great, just a couple corrections.

First half of the chorus you should leave your fingering on the A chord and then do the pull offs; the 3p0 and 4p0 just doesn't sound right.

Also the last chord of your tab is wrong as the guy above me said, but don't move it up a fret, move it to just a regular A chord, and the chords played after that are xx223x and xx225x

great tab, but i'm pretty sure JM doesnt strum the (3xx030) & (2xx230). can't be sure exactly what he's doing, but i think it's something close to picking (3xx03x)(xx0xxx) & (2xx230)(xx0xxx). if you play it this way, you can even use the 1st-finger-downward-pick/thumb-slap technique on the D string. using this picking pattern for all the chords that you have labeled as "strum" would seem more consistent with his style and it sounds closer to the original track.
