Here is my attempt at the Once and Future Queen. Please suggest improvements in the comments- I don't think
it's accurate.

[Intro] G#mC#7ED#7 - G#m

[Verse 1]
G#m                                     C#7
Someone's gonna hold your hand and everything will click
E                                               G#m
Touch you in someone unknown way that finally does the trick
G#m                             C#7
Pull you in a fairytale where you were meant to be
E                       D#7             G#m
Someone, well, someone won't be me

[Verse 2]
G#m                                     C#7
Someone's out there praying for the day that you walk in
E                         G#m
And happy ever after can finally begin
G#m                             C#7
Someone who'll stop at nothing to give you all you need
E                       D#7             G#m
Someone, but, someone won't be me

[Chorus]
            C#m
And that's okay
                            G#m
I never really loved you anyway
                          D#7
At least not unconditionally
      E                 D#7             G#m
Like subjects love the once and future queen

[Interlude] G#mC#7ED#7 - G#m

[Verse 3]
G#m                                 C#7
If I thought I was good for you, if I thought this could work
     E                         G#m
I'd reach a little island and pull you back to earth
        G#m                             C#7
But the man you're really looking for, want in all your dreams
E                       D#7             G#m
Someone, that someone won't be me

[Chorus]
            C#m
And that's okay
                             G#m
You never really loved me anyway
                           D#7
Not enough to meet me halfway
E F#                            C#m D#7 E F# G#m
Or love something, you can only take

C#m D#7 E F# G#m

            C#m
And that's okay
                              G#m
I never really loved you anyway
                         D#7
At least not unconditionally
       E                F#              G#m
Like subjects love the once and future queen

I think it might be easier to get this accurate if you put a capo on the 4th fret. Live videos (youtube.com/watch?v=nSfja9ZLW-w) show he's in some kind of open tuning (probably D) with the capo on the 6th fret. But you can easily play along in standard tuning with a capo on the 4th, so that the chords are transposed in this way:
G#m-->Em
C#7-->A7
E-->Cmaj7
D#7-->B7

I think the chorus goes a little more like this (capo 4):
Am
And that's okay
Em
I never really loved you anyway
B7
At least not unconditionally
Cmaj7 D[x5400x] Em
Like subjects love the once and future queen

Capo on 6 also I believe tuning is DADGAD which is one he uses a lot. As far as chords, still working on them. Thanks for posting this!

Reached out to him on twitter. He said it's standard tuning, capo on 4.
