Although there are many variants in tabs iv'e seen, I have studied his playing on 
youtube ( <3 Johnny )
and am pretty confident this is how it goes, enjoy.

Before the bridge there's the E chord (no G like other chorus) to start the bridge. The rest is perfect, good job and thank u so much!
