Remember Thomas A Beckett - John's Children

Tabbed by S. Smith for UltimateGuitar.com

Think this is fairly correct. A lot of it is played as barre chords
with down strokes on the bottom strings (probably), though full chords
ring out sometimes.

The "You're running" part is up strokes on D barre "A" shape.

As for the lyrics, I was flummoxed at some points, had a stab though.

A G
Please will you see what you're doing is wrong

D Riff 1
You just can't act that way

A G
Please will you see that you've got to accept

D Riff 1
the things I think and say

F#5
Oh! Won't your blues eyes ever shine?
Why's your hand cold all the time?

A G
Please will you see that you've got to find out

D A
that there's another way.

A E E7
Come and play with me in the garden

A E E7
Before the rain stops and it all darkens

A E E7
You be the ash and I'll be the ...?

D
You're running
I'll follow
You're screaming
I'll catch you
And something
In pieces
