My first chord/tab submission:) If you find any mistakes or corrections, let me
know and I will fix asap!

I really love this song; the lyrics really speak to my soul, how my life is
completely dependent on God, whose divine love embodies the meaning of grace.
2 Corinthians 12:9-10 is the passage I am reminded of.

Original Key: C# Major
Capo used for convenience's sake:)

Capo 1

C F C
When I am weak, that's when you are strong
C F C
When I let go, I fall into your arms

F Am C
I take up your yoke, I know that it's so easy
F Am G
I take up your burden, it's light

C G Am
I look into your eyes of mercy
F G C
I look into your eyes of love
                       G Am F
I remember that your heart, it's for me

C G
I'm holding on to your Divine Love
F G
I'm holding on and I'm not letting go
C G
It's not my zeal, it's that your love is strong
F G
It's not my strength, it's that you're faithful
