This is such a beautiful song and I think it deserves an accurate tab. To get an
idea of what the strumming pattern sounds like, listen to the recording itself.

Intro:

  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9

  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
I've been shipwrecked, and left for dead, and I have seen the darkest sights
  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9

But oh my heart still burns, tells me to return, and search the fading light

  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
I'm sailing home to you I won't be long
  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
By the light of moon I will press on

Until, I find, my love

Instrumental: G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9

Sirens call my name, they say they'll ease my pain, then break me on the
  Em7
stones

But true love is the burden that will carry me back home
  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
Carry me with the, memories of the, beauty I have known

  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
I'm sailing home to you I won't be long
  G Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
By the light of moon I will press on

  Em7 Cadd9 Em7 Cadd9
So tie me to the mast of this old ship and point me home
                  Em7 G (Em7) Cadd9
Before I lose the one I love, before my chance is gone

I want to hold, her in, my arms

How are you missing the giant D chord at the start of the chorus haha??

All the verses have the same chord progression throughout the entire thing, G - Cadd9 - Em7 - Cadd9

And the Chorus has the progression:
D - (Em7 - Em7/F#) - G - Cadd9

Like so:

D Em7 Em7/F# G Cadd9
I'm sailing home to you, I won't be long

D Em7 Em/F# G Cadd9
By the light of noon I will press on

This repeats. Whole measure for D. Half for Em7 and Em7/F#. And whole for G and C.

Then, the Until, I find my love, part. It is

G Cadd9 G (Normal verse progression)
Until, I find my love

Then in the bridge, it has the same progression as the chorus.
