i'm pretty sure i got the lyrics right, i got the song off napster :-O
so i did everything by ear...
this is just the rhythm guitar part. easy to pick up by just listening

Perfect!

IMO, This sounds more accurate when tuned down half a step. So E becomes F, F# becomes G, B becomes C, G#m becomes Am. More open chords.
