For the part "You're only" where it has E and then B (after the C#m) it sounds better as just B for both words, without the E.

Also the last "Everything reminds me of you"s is C#m E C#m E C#m B E (keep playing the last E)

Then the penultimate line is C#m E C#m E C#m B (keep playing the B)

For the last chords it sounds like E A Ab E
