G C F
Where dark woods hide secrets,
    C G
and mountains are fierce and bold,

Deep waters hold reflections of times lost long a-go.

Be as strong as the seas are stormy, and proud as an eagles scream.

       F
I will fly,
                  C G C

(Repeat this one more time, and diminuendo on these last chords)

C F C G

(Ritard on this last line)
C F C

*Notes/Notation*
X: the string is either muted or not played.
0: the string is played open.

*The A chord during the second verse is played on the “go” part of the word “ago”;
I added a dash to illustrate that.*

*I am firmly rooted in omitting the B in the G chord, playing it as a 3X0033
rather than 320033, but either way will work.*

*The Bm chord is difficult for first timers–and even senior guitar players to some
degree–but just try it in barre form, and if that doesn’t work, see if doing
XX4432 works better.*

If you're curious as to why this chord chart sounds off key with the recording, it's because it is. When they added ukulele chord charts, something transposed this song into C. The original recording is in D, so, use the transposition tool to raise the chart up to half steps, and you should be peachy. Toodles.
