The E's do better as Em's and the C at the end of each line of the bridge is unnecessary. Just hold the G and go to the Em. I transposed to G as you can tell.

End of the chorus - Em C G (or D if you're repeating the line. The D goes at the end of the line above just like the first part of the chorus instead of on Jesus.
