I would play the open strings instead of the 5th frets in the main riff, just makes it a bit easier.

cheezwinkle is right. Or you could use the 7'th fret on the E string instead of the 2'th on the A string.

Also the intro is slightly wrong, the last part should be like this:
e|----------------------|
B|----------------------|
G|---43-----------------|
D|-------4--------------|
A|2----------0--2-------|
E|----------------444-5-|

Or you could, again, use the 5'th and 7'th fret on the E string instead of the loose and 2'th fret on tha A string.

Besides: isn't the main riff actually played on a bass?

In the end of the basic riff, instead of doing:

e|----------------------|
B|----------------------|
G|----------------------|
D|----------------------|
A|-----------0--2-------|
E|----------------333-4-|

you could do:

e|----------------------|
B|----------------------|
G|----------------------|
D|----------------------|
A|----------------------|
E|----------5--7--333-4-|

I find it slightly easier, but whatever is to your taste!
