Verse 1
E5
The city is a tramp

   Asus2 E Hsus4
in which we fling our worries

    Asus2 E Hsus4
and grasp for somebody's promise

E A H
of the good life

   E H C#m E Asus2 E
forever changing plans

A E Hsus4
restrained by envious spirits

    A E H
and wanting to want to give in

    G#7 A H
and go for the country

  E H C#m E Asus2 E
my love will always be

   F#m A Hsus4 H
of vibrant and dense traffic music

     Asus2 E Hsus4 G#7 A
that fills me up when nothing is expected

Chours
C#m E A G#7
the push, and the shock

    C#m F#m7 Am G#7
the handshake that could be changing your direction

C#m E A G#7
the mess, and the chaos

    D5 Am H7
the sounds of someone close to falling apart

Verse 2
E H C#m E
don't wake me from the dream

Asus2 E Hsus4 H
don't shake med from the notice

         Asus2 E
that the day will come

    Hsus4 G#7 A H
and I'll belong and not be lost

   E H C#m E Asus2 E
so far away from hell

     F#m A Hsus4 H
from unpaid debts and world war

         Asus2 E Hsus4
where my bare feet are walking on dew

        G#7 A
without treading a needle

     G#m
on a needle

PIANO
E A G#m A E C#m Am G# Hsus4 F#m Am

Chours
C#m E A G#7
the push, and the shock

    C#m F#m7 Am G#7
the handshake to the change of your direction

C#m E A G#7
the mess, and the chaos

the sounds of someone close to falling apart

First off - Great chording!
I just want to add that Kashmir plays it with a capo in fret 2 and uses D as a starting point (effectively playing the chords you've written).

Great work!
