C Am F C (C Am F C)
Copper on the corner and he loaded two rounds
      C Am F C (C Am F C)

I can't even get inside

(C Am F C) (C Am F C)

        C Am F C (C Am F C)
Did you lose your head when the farm went down?
          C Am F C (C Am F C)
Or was is when your daddy died after he moved to town
      C Am F C (C Am F C)

And I tried to come clean, but I guess it's no use

Before each verse, I like to play these chords in quick succession (once each unless stated otherwise) to substitute for the lead guitar:

032013
032011
032010
032030
032010 (a normal C chord)
Am

Open Open (strum down and up)
