[Intro]
G  C  F  C    G   C   Dm  C

[Verse]
G                  C          F        C
There's a trail of smoke coming out of a bottle
G                C              F            C
If you look real close, you can see it right there
G                 C          F                C
A little tin roof bar down a path you have to follow
       G                     C                  F            C
From a treasure map with the edges burnt from a few too many beers

[Pre-Chorus]
G              C
We'll pull the ropes off the boat
G                C
We'll throw them up on the dock
G             C
We'll let the stars be our guide
F           C
No we don't need no clock

[Chorus]
G     C   F
We'll set sail
       C             G
Yeah I see you there wind in your hair
         C           F                C
And that t-shirt on, dead men tell no tales
          G C     F
It's like nowhere else
       C                   G                    C
You've ever been and we'll write your name on a dollar bill
F                      C
Put it on a wall it'll still be there
G            C               F                 C          G     C
Next time we come back girl, to the bar at the end of the world
G  C  G  C

[Verse]
G           C         F               C
In that old sea shell you can hear the ocean
G                C           F               C
You can hear the waves crash whisper in your ear
G                  C               F          C
little glow in the night, it’s the last place open
        G                C                       F       C
And the house drink is a beautiful thing called 'make me disappear'

[Pre-Chorus]
G              C
We'll pull the ropes off the boat
G                C
We'll throw them up on the dock
G             C
We'll let the stars be our guide

No we don't need no clock

That's where the magic happens, back up in that little bay

[Chorus]
G     C   F
We'll set sail
       C             G
Yeah I see you there wind in your hair
         C           F                C
And that t-shirt on, dead men tell no tales
          G C     F
It's like nowhere else

You've ever been and we'll write your name on a dollar bill

Not bad, it just feels like something's missing. Why would the first line of the verse have three chords with four strums while the rest of the lines have four chords?

Good start!
