So, the basic chords are simply: Gm, Cm, Bb, F. But KoC doesn't settle
with that, so the dissonate chords are:

Gsus4 : x30033
Cm x : xx1333
Bb: xx3331
Fsus2: x33011

The intro:

------------------------------------------------|
------2---3--2p-------2-------2-----------------|
---5------------5---------5------5----3---5-----|
------------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------------|

------------------------------------------------|
------2---3--2p-------2-------2-----------------|
---5------------5---------5------5-------3------|
-------------------------------------5----------|
------------------------------------------------|
------------------------------------------------|

x2

Gsus4 Cmx
"Why, why so quiet

Bb	Fsus2 Gsus4 Cmx Bb Fsus2
oh my mysterious country singer," she asked

Gsus4 Cmx
my life it's a riot
Bb Fsus2 Gsus4 Cmx Bb Fsus2
I am climbing barricades in empty streets at night

[intro guitar]

when I'm down fighting shadows
twenty-five postcards in a box in my room
telephone conversations
gas slowly leaking out of a heart shaped balloon

Gsus2
it's a dangerous game
Fsus2 Gsus2
that I'm not sure if I could keep playing for long
Gsus2
it's a dangerous game,
Fsus2 Gsus2
it's a very fine line and if one step is wrong

Cmx Bb Gsus2
I have no cards to play and that's why
Cmx Bb
I've got nothing to say tonight

the intro is shifted by one string to high so every note should be one string lower.

i think that you could play Bb like this: x13331 and Fsus2 like this : x33211 , but apart from this thx for tabbing

oh, i just figured out that the piano outro melody sounds nice on the guitar too. so here it is if you'd like to implement it in the tab :

---10----10----10----10----10----10----10----10---
-----13----13----13----13----11----11----11----11
-12----12----12----12----12----12----12----12----
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------

---8----8----8----8----8----8----8----8-----------
----11---11---11---11---10---10---10---10---------
-10---10---10---10---10---10---10---10------------
--------------------------------------------------
