This is how I learned the song many years ago. I'm not sure about the words
exactly, but it's how I sing it and nobody seems to know the difference. Anyway,
it's a cool song and pretty easy to play.

Hard Luck Woman

             Dm
If never I’d met you
                 C
I’d never have to see you cry
               Dm Em F G C
If not for the first hello, I’d never have to say goodbye
             Dm
If never I’d held you
                  C
My feelings would never show
                  Dm Em F G C
It’s time I start walking, Girl there’s so much that you’ll never know

I keep telling you

F Em Dm
Hard luck woman
         F Em Dm
You’re a hard luck woman

C Dm
Red, a Sailor’s only daughter
               F
A child of the water
    G C
Too proud to be a Queen

DM----F--G <---COOL LITTLE FILLER/PAUSE

C Dm
Red, I really love you I can’t forget about you
            F Em Dm
You’ll be a hard luck woman
F G C
Baby ‘til you find a man

                   DM
Before I go let me kiss you
                   C
And wipe the tears from your eye
                Dm Em
I don’t want to hurt you, girl
    F G C
You know that I could never lie

I keep telling you

F Em Dm
Hard luck woman

         F Em Dm
You're a hard luck woman

            F E Dm
You'll be a hard luck woman

F G C
Baby 'til find a man

He's actually saying "Rags," not "Red," although "Red" makes more sense. I have no idea what the hell "Rags" means. I got the lyrics from the biography of Kiss.

Good tab, Love Kiss, and love playing this song now, hmm, Dm, question about the chord: DM was that just a typo? or did you mean D major? not sure how you show d major, if it's DM or what :P but whatev's, good tab!! :)

its a pretty good tab, but if you use d major it sounds better.
