About this tab version
More complete, overall better to read how to play the whole song, and possibility for variations. Was this info helpful? Yes No
The whole song has only three chords, C, D, Em, you can play them as normal or as bar chords.
In the verse i play them totally different, witch sounds really good to me!
In the CHORUS and VERSE I use a lot of muted notes, if you don't like that just skip a beat in the pattern

chords
C : x32013
Dadd4: x54035
Em : x75007

[Intro]

e|---------3---------------5---------------7---------------7---------| x2
B|-------------------------------------------------0-----------------|
G|-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0---|
D|-----2-------2-------4-------4-------5-------5-------5-------5-----|
A|---3---------------5---------------7-------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

During the verse more sounds come in every second, so you can play it much different ways.
Here I show you how I like to play it

[Verse]

e|---------3---------------5---------------7---------------7---------| x2 (x6)
B|-------------------------------------------------0-----------------|
G|-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0-------0---|
D|-----2-------2-------4-------4-------5-------5-------5-------5-----|
A|---3---------------5---------------7-------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

you can play the tab above x6, but i like to play the other 4 times different like this

e|-------x-3-----x-------x-5-----x-------x-7-----x-------x-7-----x---| x2
B|-----1-x-1---1-x-----3-x-3---3-x-----0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x---|
G|-----0-x-0---0-x-----0-x-0---0-x-----0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x---|
D|-----2-x-----2-x-----4-x-----4-x-----5-x-----5-x-5---5-x-----5-x---|
A|---3---x-------x---5---x-------x---7---x-------x-------x-------x---|
E|-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x---|

the last two times before the chorus I prefer to strum the chords.

     D U U U D U U U D U U U U U U U
e|---3-3-x-3---3-x---5-5-x-5---5-x---7-7-x-7---7-x-7---7-x-7---7-x---| x2
B|---1-1-x-1---1-x---3-3-x-3---3-x---0-0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x---|
G|---0-0-x-0---0-x---0-0-x-0---0-x---0-0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x-0---0-x---|
D|---2-2-x-2---2-x---4-4-x-4---4-x---5-5-x-5---5-x-5---5-x-5---5-x---|
A|---3-3-x-3---3-x---5-5-x-5---5-x---7-7-x-7---7-x-7---7-x-7---7-x---|
E|-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x-------x---|

Of course you can play any strum pattern you like !!!

[Chorus]

You can play the same chords in the CHORUS if you like just strum with the music.
I like to play full bar chords instead of the ones we used in the VERSE.

chords.
C : x35553 or 335553
D : x57775 or 557775
Em: x79987 or 779987

Every last downstrum of the chord you should play a little louder, that gives a nice accent.
Of course you can also play any other strum pattern you like better!

     D U U D D U U D D U U D D U D U U D
e|---3-3-x-3-3---x---5-5-x-5-5---x---7-7-x-7-7---7-7-7-7-x-7-7---x---| x4 second chorus x5
B|---5-5-x-5-5---x---7-7-x-7-7---x---8-8-x-8-8---8-8-8-8-x-8-8---x---|

E|---3---x---3---x---5---x---5---x---7---x---7---7---7---x---7---x---|

[Outro]

The OUTRO I could not figure out perfectly but I play it like this and sound good to me.

e|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---------------5---------------7---------------8-----------7-\-3---|
G|-----------5---------------7---------------9-----------9-----------|
D|-------5---------------7---------------9-----------9---------------|
A|---3---------------5---------------7-------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

e|-------------------------------------------------------------------| x4
B|---5---------------7---------------8-------------------------------|
G|---5---------------7---------------9-------------------------------|
D|---5---------------7---------------9-------------------------------|
A|---3---------------5---------------7-------------------------------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

only the 3' time you play

e|-------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|---5---------------7---------------8---------------8-------7-------|
G|---5---------------7---------------9---------------9-------7-------|
D|---5---------------7---------------9---------------9-------7-------|
A|---3---------------5---------------7---------------7-------5-------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------|

That's it for the song, it's awesome so goodluck learning it!
