The voices are extremely low. You can't hear them during chorus at all, and barely during verse.

the bass has 6 string in your tab, but it's supposed to be 4.

Actually, Lacuna Coil make extensive use of 5-string basses usually (and almost always seven string guitars for that matter). It wouldn't surprise me if they did in fact use a six string bass on this song. It sounds about right anyway.
