Instead of tuning your guitar a half step (which is a pain in the ass) Just capo the 4th fret and play the Bb as an F the Dmin as an Amin, the F as a C and the Amin as an E. The Bbsus doesnt sound right either...i do not have a correction for this but im just saying...if you play it and sing it it does not sound correct

I just usually have my guitars in 1/2 step down to add to the range I can play so I wont have to tune so much, so I figured it out the best I could at this tuning.....the Bbsus chord is by far the closest chord that sounds right in this tuning.
