Without Capo the chords become:

F#m = G#m
D = E
E = F#

but i found it easier playing it with capo

Capo 2

[Verse: 1]

       F#m D E
In the land of gods and monsters, I was an angel,
                              F#m
Living in the garden of evil,
                     D E
Screwed up, scared, doing anything that I needed,
                             F#m
Shining like a fiery beacon.
             D E
You got that medicine I need,
                                          F#m
Fame, liquor, love, give it to me slowly.
                     D E
Put your hands on my waist, do it softly,

Me and God, we dont get along, so now I sing...

[Chorus]

D E F#m
No ones gonna take my soul away,
                E D
I'm living like Jim Morrison.
                 E F#m
Headed towards a fucked up holiday.
                              E
Motel sprees, sprees, and I'm singing,
 D E F#m E
"Fuck yeah, give it to me, this is Heaven, what I truly want."
                    F#m E
It's innocence lost.
               F#m
Innocence lost.

And the rest of the song is the same

[Verse: 2 ]

In the land of gods and monsters, I was an angel,
Lookin' to get fucked hard.
Like a groupie, incognito, posing as a real singer,
Life imitates art.
You got that medicine I need,
Dope, shoot it up, straight to the heart, please.
I don't really wanna know what's good for me.
God's dead, I said, "Baby that's alright with me."

[Chorus]

No ones gonna take my soul away,
I'm living like Jim Morrison.
Headed towards a fucked up holiday.
Motel, sprees, sprees, and Im singing,
"Fuck yeah, give it to me, this is Heaven, what I truly want."
It's innocence lost.
Innocence lost.

[Verse: 3]

When you talk, it's like a movie and you're makin' me crazy,
'Cause life imitates art.
If I get a little prettier, can I be your baby?
You tell me, "Life isn't that hard."

[Chorus]

No ones gonna take my soul away,
I'm living like Jim Morrison.
Headed towards a fucked up holiday.
Motel, sprees, sprees, and Im singing:
"Fuck yeah, give it to me, this is Heaven, what I truly want."
It's innocence lost.
Innocence lost.

Good version, as far as I'm concerned! For novice players, the capo option is probably the way to go, even though it omits the low end in the E chord when playing the D shape,

Sadly there are no chords for the whole song, though, and chords and lyrics are not always well aligned.

One correction, too. I hear a suspended chord in the chorus. Example for the first part (should be added for the other lines respectively):

[D]No one's gonna [Esus4]take my [E]soul [F#m]away,
[F#m]I'm living like Jim Mor[E]rison

If you want the easiest version possible - transpose it up by 3 so the first chord is Am. As most people's voices' ranges don't span as low as Lana's, it's also way easier to sing it in the key of Am :)

first off, this is a fantastic tab.

if you're looking for a version that's a little bit higher for an easier vocal range and also easier chords, transpose it down 2 and put a capo on 4, the resulting chords are super simple and it still sounds fantastic (:
