Red Sun – Lindsey Buckingham and Christine McVie
Tabbed by Roj Vincent

[Verse]
G
I wonder where you are

      Am
As I fall upon my bed

       C Am
And I think about the way we were

D G D
So much left unsaid

   G
I wonder what you’re doing

      Am
As I walk along the shore

You took your love away from me

        D
When I only wanted more

[Chorus]

C D G Em
Sometimes I wonder

        C D G Em
Do you ever think of me

          C D C
And it’s worse for me at night you know

          G D G
When the red sun kisses the sea

[Verse]

G
Slowly breaks the dawn today

Am
Heralded by the sun

              G Am
My favourite time of day or so

   D G C D
I thought when we began

  G
My mind is filled with journeys

Am
Echoed with your smile

No you won’t take that away from me

D G
Even if you try

[Chorus]

C D G Em
Sometimes I wonder

        C D G Em
Do you ever think of me

          C D C
And it’s worse for me at night you know

          G D G
When the red sun kisses the sea

[Instrumental Break]

G Am D G D G Am G Am D C D

[Chorus]

C D G Em
Sometimes I wonder

        C D G Em
Do you ever think of me

           C D C
And it’s worse for me at night you know

          G D G

Hi jonwm, thanks for the comment and suggestions with the lyrics and chords. I'm not sure exactly from your note where the chord changes are as it's not written with the chords above the words like in the tabs. But, I did go back and re-check where I've put the chord changes in relation to the lyrics and I still think they are in the right place. However, some of the changes are quite subtle in exactly where the emphasis goes so, if you think your version fits the way you play then I'd stick with it. It's really nice to know that people take an interest in your tabs as I find them quite hard to do and take quite a lot of time.
Thanks again for your comment and keep having fun.

Cheers,

Roj
