The A's in the first part of all the verses (i.e. on "cigarette" in the first verse, but not the word "Saturday", that's just an A) should all be D/C# (x40232), and in the chorus it goes D D/C# A G - listen carefully, there's a fourth chord change. Otherwise this is accurate.
