Here´s the tab for the wonderful song "Still together" off Mac DeMarco´s second album, "2".
This song is pretty straight forward. Just a note on the A/F-chord; use your thumb
for the bass and put a barre on the lowest strings.

Verse:

 C#m7 G#m7 F#m7 E
 -4- -4- -2- -0-
 -5- -4- -2- -0-
 -4- -4- -2- -1-
 -6- -4- -2- -2-
 -4- -6- -4- -2-
 -x- -4- -2- -0-

Progression:

C#m7 - G#m7 - F#m7 - E -F#m7 - E - F#m7 - E -E

Chorus:

  E Em+7 A/F
 -0- -0- -x-
 -0- -0- -2-
 -1- -0- -2-
 -2- -1- -2-
 -2- -2- -0-
 -0- -0- -2-

Progression:

E - Em+7 - A/F - Em+7 - A/F - Em+7 - E

Almost perfect, except in the intro and verse, it should be a B7 with the following fingering

instead of the E (so the progression in the intro is C#m7 - G#m7 - F#m7 - B7 - F#m7 - B7 - F#m7 - B7 - B7. I think that same B7 should replace your Em+7 in the chorus although I can't hear it very clearly.

One more thing – the guitar should be downtuned half a step if you want to play it in the original key of C minor.
