Whole thing is played on piano so I wrote the tab without a capo,
but you can use the transpose function to find an easier fret to
play it on. It works really well on guitar or piano.

[Chorus]
F
                 C Gm
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
              Bb F
My weakness is that I care too much
            C Gm
My scars remind me that the past is real
                 Bb C
I tear my heart open just to feel

[Verse 1]
                          Am Bb
I'm drunk and I'm feeling down, and I just wanna be alone
                             C Dm
You shouldn't have come around, why don't you just go home
                             Am Bb
Cause you channeled all your pain, and I can't help you fix yourself
                Gm F
You making me insane, all I can say is

[Chorus]
                 C Gm
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
              Bb F
My weakness is that I care too much
            C Gm
My scars remind us that the past is real
                 Bb C Dm
I tear my heart open just to feel

[Verse 2]
                    Am Bb
I tried to help you once, against my own advice,
                C Dm
I saw you goin’ down, but you never realized
                           Am Bb
That you drowned it in the water, so I offered you my hand
                    C F
Compassion is in my nature, but tonight is all I stand

[Chorus]
                 C Gm
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
              Bb F
My weakness is that I care too much
            C Gm
My scars remind me that the past is real
                 Bb C F
I tear my heart open just to feel

[Bridge]
                         C Gm
I can't help you fix yourself, but at least I can say I tried
                             Bb F
I'm sorry but I'm gonna move on with my own life
                         C Gm
I can't help you fix yourself, but at least I can say I tried
                             Bb C F
I'm sorry but I'm gonna move on with my own life

[Chorus]
                 C Gm
I tear my heart open, I sew myself shut
              Bb F
My weakness is that I care too much
            C Gm
My scars remind me that the past is real
                 Bb C Gm
I tear my heart open just to feel
                Bb
I tear my heart open just to feel

There is a transpose error for printing the chords. whenever i transpose, say, -2, it goes back to original.
