Hey thanks for this! With your chords as written, this should be capo 11 (not 6) to match the original song, or tune guitar half step down.

Also consider substituting Am for all cases where you've written Dm.

Play it open.

Play it open with the following chords pretty much over and over...

B - F# - G#m - C#->D#m (slide this)

4 6
x x

Then do that slide again quickly and slide back down on the D# - C# - A# - B root notes of that same mini barred chord.

Done and done.
