This tab is almost perfect. Rather than have a progression of F-C-Dm-Bb for the verses and chorus with each chord being a full measure, it is F-C-Dm-Bb-C, with the last two chords each being half of the last measure of the progression before going back to the top.

A pair of corrections, the C during the quiet parts should be played with an open E root, and theres an Eb7 during some transitions, instead of a Bb. At the end of the chorus, and the ends of the verses.
