C Dm C Dm
Uh-huh huh, oh yeah, oh, listen to me people...

Verse 1:

C Dm C Dm
I ain't got time to think about money, or what it can buy.
    C Dm C Dm
And I ain't got time, to sit down and wonder, what makes a birdy fly.
      Em Fmaj7 Em Fmaj7
And I don't have the time, to think about, what makes a flower grow.
      Em Fmaj7 F Dm7 C
And I never gave a second thought to where the river flows.

Chorus 1:

C
(Too busy thinkin' 'bout my baby),
      F Dm7 C
And I ain't got time for nothin' else, oh yeah, now...

Verse 2:

            C Dm
I said, uh, I ain't got time, to dis-cuss the weather,
   C Dm
Or how long it's gonna' last.
        C Dm C Dm
And uh, I ain't got time, to do no studyin', once I get out of class.
            Em Fmaj7 Em Fmaj7
Tellin' you I'm... just a fella; said I got a, one track mind.
            Em Fmaj7
And when it comes to thinkin' 'bout, anything but my baby,
  F Dm7 C
I just don't have the time.

Chorus 2:

C
(Too busy thinkin' 'bout my baby),
      F Dm7 C
And I ain't got time for nothin' else, don't you know I'm...

C
(Too busy thinkin' 'bout my baby),
      F Dm7 C
And I ain't got time for nothin' else, ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh, yeah, yeah.

Interlude:

C

Verse 3:

        C Dm C Dm
All the diamonds and pearls, in the world, could never match her worth.
     C Dm
Naw, she's some kinda' wonderful,
                 C Dm
People tell ya'; I've got Heaven, right here on earth.
Em Fmaj7 Em Fmaj7
I'm... just a fella; with a, one, one track mind.
            Em Fmaj7

I just don't have the time.

Chorus 2:

C

And I ain't got time for nothin' else.

Ain't got time for nothin' else, no no).

Ain't got time for nothin' else, no no).

As far as I can tell, this song has tree chords. D, Em, G with a bunch of RR&B licks going on. Use your ear to figure the cord placement.
