hey man, chorus is all good, i think the verses should be what i think is a c sus2 instead of the d minor (basically play a c chord but with the little finger playing the 3rd fret on the d string... one fret up from the second finger...) this chord also allows for nice hammer on interchanges between the two chords! this suggestion is certainly closer to the eva cassidy version which is simply sublime, D minor just sounds wrong, good tab though man x
