Blessed Be Your Name - Matt Redman
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: jm414328

Tuning: Standard

All you really need to know is that for the whole song, you hit the notes on beats 1 3 and 4. If you listen
to the song, you'll hear the emphasis of where beats 3 and 4 are. However, listen closely to the end of the
chorus, and the bridge as the rhythm changes a bit. Listen to the song for the song order, I'm just going to
write down the various parts of the song, which you can then put together.

Verse: Blessed be your name, in the land that is plentiful...

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| x4
A|--------------------------------------------5--5-5-------------------------|
E|--5--5-5--------0--0-0--------2--2-2---------------------------------------|

Pre-chorus: Every blessing you pour out...

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| x2
A|---------------------------------------------5--5-5------------------------|
E|--5--5-5---------0--0-0--------2--2-2--------------------------------------|

Chorus a: Blessed be the name of the lord, blessed be your name

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|--------------------------------------------5--5-5-------------------------|
E|--5--5-5--------0--0-0--------2--2-2---------------------------------------|

Chorus b: Blessed be the name of the lord, blessed be your glorious name

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
A|---------------------------------------5-----------------------------------|
E|--5--5-5--------0--0-0--------2--2-2---------------------------------------|
You'll want to hold that last note as a whole note, then continue onto the verse.

Verse: Blessed be your name, where the sun's shining...

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| x4
A|--------------------------------------------5--5-5-------------------------|
E|--5--5-5--------0--0-0--------2--2-2---------------------------------------|

Bridge: You give and take away...
Personally, I would just play on the second time through. The rhythm for this section is playing more on
beats 1 and 3. Listen to the song, and that'll give you the timing better.

G|---------------------------------------------------------------------------|
D|---------------------------------------------------------------------------| x2
A|--------------------------------------5--5---------------------------------|
E|--5--5--------0--0--------2--2---------------------------------------------|
