INTRO: X C C*x2

VERSE 1:
F
Second time around
C C*
You think maybe it could be different
F
Start off better than before
C C*
But stupid me I thought you had changed
F C
But too bad you're still you
                     C*
Still immature maybe more

PRE CHORUS:
AM
But now I see
EM
You and me
G
Are not meant to be

CHORUS:
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
Maybe a year ago, you wouldn't go so low
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
You were never gonna show me that
C C*
You never told me though
AM F
You never showed me no
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
You could've told me

X C C*x2

VERSE 2:
F C
Get too scared to stay in love
	              C*
Thanks for telling me after you fell
F C
I swear this is the last song
	          C*
Because honestly, well, you're not worth it anymore

PRE CHORUS:
AM
But now I see
EM
You and me
G
Are never gonna be

CHORUS:
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
Maybe a year ago, you wouldn't go so low
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
You were never gonna show me that
C C*
You never told me though
AM F
You never showed me no
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
You could've told me

X C C*x2

BRIDGE:
X* C G
This time was no maybe possibly
X* C G
I didn't even shed a tear
X* C G
I'm not fighting in this love war anymore
X* G
Because I surrender

LAST CHORUS:
C C*
You could've told me that
AM F
Maybe a year ago, you wouldn't go so low
C C* AM F
You could've told me that
D/F# D*
You could've told me that
EM G
Maybe a year ago, you wouldn't go so low
D/F# D*
You could've told me that
EM G
You were never gonna show me that
D/F# D*
So now I know
EM G
I'm gonna let you go
D/F# D*
I'm gonna tell you that
EM G
I'm gonna tell you
