This song is a lot of finger picking, but really not too hard to chord. I played along with the track and I'm not a terrific guitarist, but I did find the progression. Try starting on Bm so the progression is kind of a walkdown in the bass.
Bm - Bm/A - Bm/E - - -

Chorus(ish) part is close to this,
Bm - - - Bm/A - - - Bm/E - - - G - - -
I think that's about it, but I don't have my guitar in front of me.

Just play around with it from there and I think you'll be happy.
