I'm English and struggle to understand the accent sometimes, so I'm expecting there to
be a few lyric mistakes in here! I'll correct them as soon as I know what they are!

Capo 5 (Alternatively, use the button on the left and transpose it up +2 and play
with Capo on 3rd fret)

C: 032010
F: 133211
Am: 002210
A#: 113331

Intro: C F Am F x2

C
Quarter in a payphone

Drying laundry on the line
         Bb
Watching sun tea in the window
       F
Pocket watch for telling time

C
Seems like only yesterday

I'd get a blank cassette
   Bb
Record the Country Countdown
       F
'Cos I couldn't buy it yet

C F

            C
If we drove all the way to Dallas

Just to buy an Easter dress
            Bb
We'd take along a Rand McNally
         F
Stand in line to pay for gas

    C
God knows that shifting gears

Ain't what it used to be
             Bb
I learned to drive that '55
            F
Just like a Queen three on a tree

C F
Hey whatever happened to
               Am
Waiting your turn
           F
Doing it all by hand
          C F
'Cos when everything is handed to you
            Am F
It's only worth as much as the time you put in
   Bb F
It all just seems so good the way we had it
Bb F C
Back before everything became, Automatic

F Am F

   C
If you had something to say

You'd write in on a piece of paper
          Bb
And you'd put a stamp on it
           F
And they'd get it three days later

C
Boys would call the girls

And girls would turn them down
        Bb
Staying married was the only way
   F
To work your problems out

C F
Hey whatever happened to
               Am
Waiting your turn
           F
Doing it all by hand
          C F
'Cos when everything is handed to you
            Am F
It's only worth as much as the time you put in
   Bb F
It all just seems so good the way we had it
Bb F C F Am F
Back before everything became, Automatic, yeah
    C F Am F
Automatic

       C
Lets's roll the windows down

Windows with the cranks
     Bb
Come on let's take a picture
    F
The kind you gotta shake

C F
Hey whatever happened to
               Am
Waiting your turn
           F
Doing it all by hand
          C F
'Cos when everything is handed to you
            Am F
It's only worth as much as the time you put in
   Bb F
It all just seems so good the way we had it
Bb F C F
Am F
Back before everything became, Automatic, yeah
    C
Automatic

Awesome job!! I think the Capo 3 version sounds better than the Capo 5 version, but that's just my opinion! Great job! Thanks for posting!!
