I dunno, that F before the Bb at end of chorus does not sound right to me. Using Ab or Ab7 sounds better to my ear. But maybe I don't know what "F" you are fingering? I've tried it in a few places and it sounds wrong, but I'm no expert.

Note, I've seen the song transcribed as in the key of Eb major, so Ab is the subdominant (IV chord) and fits nicely before the dominant / V chord (Bb).
