Nice tab! My only criticism is at the start of Chorus to with the D chord followed by the C chord. I think it should be Em instead of D.

What I do is, play a straight Em chord followed by a variation of Em in which you place your pinkie on the 4th fret of the G string with the 2nd fret of the A string still covered. So you do a Em with the lyrics "Be" and then the Em with the variation with the following lyric "A" and come in with a C chord on "Man".

Another personal thing I do is to play the C chord in Chorus 2 as a C/G chord, which looks like this:

E A D G B E
3 3 2 0 1 0

Great tab overall! :)
