Best way to learn
"Silent Night"
set tempo
*This is my first tablature*
So this is pretty simple, a quick easy to learn Christmas Carol.
If you want to add a more sophisticated twist, I like to pluck E-A-D-B-G-D.
(in that order)

Silent night, holy night
D G
All is calm, all is bright
Am C G
Round yon Virgin Mother and Child
Am C G
Holy Infant so tender and mild
Am C G
Sleep in heavenly peace
G D G
Sleep in heavenly peace

Silent night, holy night!
D G
Shepherds quake at the sight
Am C G
Glories stream from heaven afar
Am C G
Heavenly hosts sing Alleluia!
Am C G
Christ, the Saviour is born
G D G
Christ, the Saviour is born

Silent night, holy night
D G
Son of God, love's pure light
Am C G
Radiant beams from Thy holy face
Am C G
With the dawn of redeeming grace
Am C G
Jesus, Lord, at Thy birth
G D G
Jesus, Lord, at Thy birth

Yeah, I'm creapin' you. :P What do you mean by plucking E A D G B E, you mean at each chord? I haven't tried it though, so I can't tell you if it's good or not but GOOD JOB!

ignore the Am completely.
When it comes to the "sleep in..." add a d7 with the G and C and you've got the tune.

I agree with ignoring the Am completely and just play C G except in the second to last sentences and add Em.

Am C G (Add Em)
Sleep in heavenly peace

Other than that good job!
