A7  D       D7          G         D                            A7
A - mazing grace! How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me!
   D        D7        G        D                   A7    G     D
I once was lost, but now I'm found; Was blind, but now I see!

A7  D       D7          G         D                            A7
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved;
     D        D7        G        D                   A7    G     D
How precious did that grace appear the hour i first believed!

A7  D       D7          G         D                            A7
Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come;
        D        D7        G        D                   A7    G     D
It's grace that brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home.

A7  D       D7          G         D                            A7
When we've been there ten thousand years, bright, shining as the sun,
       D        D7      G        D              A7         G     D
We've no less days to sing God's praise than when we've first begun.

This is by far the best accoustic version I've tried, the others were missing someting and it was the A7 and D7 chords. It tooks some time to get the strum pattern but I remembered a similar version a family friend did at a funeral and tried it. (A7) D, U, (D) D-D-U-D-U-D, (D7) D-D-U-D-U-D and of course varies throughout but this worked for me. Great job!
