D A D G D
Said the night wind to the little lamb, do you see what I see
D A D G D
Way up in the sky, little lamb, do you see what I see
  G D A D
A star, a star, dancing in the night
       G A Bm
With a tail as big as a kite
       G A D
With a tail as big as a kite

D A D
Said the little lamb to the shepherd boy,
                 G D
do you hear what I hear
D A D
Ringing through the sky, shepherd boy,
                 G D
do you hear what I hear
  G D A
A song, a song, high above the trees
       G A Bm
With a voice as big as the sea
       G A D
With a voice as big as the sea

         D A D G D
Said the shepherd boy to the mighty king, do you know what I know
D A D G D
In your palace warm, mighty king, do you know what I know
  G D A
A Child, a Child shivers in the cold
       G A Bm
Let us bring Him silver and gold
       G A D
Let us bring Him silver and gold

         D A D G D
Said the king to the people everywhere, listen to what I say
D A D G D
Pray for peace, people everywhere, listen to what I say
    G D A
The Child, the Child, sleeping in the night
        G A Bm
He will bring us goodness and light
        G A D
He will bring us goodness and light

Pretty good start. I added a few chords for my version of playing. Major changes were adding an A chord to the word "Little" and then changing back on the next word. (and in the same place in all subsequent verses. Second was substituting the D chord on at the end of, "with a tail as big as a kite" with a Bm chord. Sounds a lot better, but I'm not sure if it is quite correct yet. Otherwise, good tab

3rd line, "A star, a star,..." replace G with Bm and remove the D
