I saw from the video that this song is originally played by WE FIVE guitarists with capos at 4th fret - so the E section is fingered in C, and the ending F# section is fingered in D. Much easier to play that way. Maybe I'll post those chords too.

For those frustrated with the inaccuracies of the previously posted chart, here are the correct chords, promise!
