Here is what I think is as accurate as I can tell by ear. I've probably missed out a
note here and there. On the harmonics, I think it's on the 7th fret, though I prefer
playing it on the 12th, it has a nicer ring to it.

I'd love for any corrections or opinions on my first transcription.

The rest of the song is a pretty basic G, Em, Am7 (or Am) and D7, then Am7 (or Am), D7,
G, Em. I couldn't pick up what it was exactly because of the background music. So this
is my guess what it might/could have sounded like.

   G Em Am7 D7
|---3-------0-------5-------7------|---------------------------------|
|---3-------0-------5-------7------|---------------------------------|
|---4-------0-------5-------5------|-------(rinse & repeat)----------|

"And always look on the bright side of life..."

   Am7 D7 G Em

|----5------7-------3-------0------|---------------------------------|
|----5--0---5--0----4--0----0--0---|---------------------------------|
|--7--------------5-------2--------|---------------------------------|
|---------5------------------------|---------------------------------|
|----------------------------------|---------------------------------|

"If life seems jolly rotten..."

   Am7 D7
|----5-5---5-5---------------------|-------7-7-5---------------------|
