On the whole, you've done a great job. A few criticisms:

-Having markers for sections would be a great addition

-The bass should resume at measure 197 rather than 199, so there should only be 6 measures of the acoustic guitar before it rather than 8. Though I think there's also acoustic guitar under the sustain, so perhaps I misunderstood how you have things arrayed misunderstood somewhat (i.e. maybe the sustain should go over the first couple measures of the acoustic bit instead?)

-BPM for the first few measures should be 100.

-Some of the bass parts in the clean sections of the song are an octave too high, e.g. the last eight measures before the distortion comes in in the intro.

-Measures 117-120 are missing bass that's definitely present (and shouldn't be too hard to figure out).

-The bass part for measures 129-137 and the reprise of that would probably be easier to play in one position (the same fingering pattern as the left guitar).

-For the outro, it probably makes sense to add another 8 or 12 measures, though it doesn't really matter.

-On a more general note, I'd argue that some of the parts in the acoustic tracks over the distorted guitar parts are actually distorted, and maybe should be on a separate track.

A lot of these are pretty nitpicky in nature, and the tab is more than sufficient for learning the song.

One more thing - Moonsorrow does this often and is very hard to hear - but if you do hear very carefully, you'll be able to notice it: On measure 42, there's a guitar doing something similar to the acoustic one in the intro - something like this:

E||--------------------|--------------------|--------------------|
B||--------------------|-----------3--------|--------1--------1--|
G||--------5--------5--|--------4-----4-----|--------------------|
D||-----2--------2-----|-----2-----------2--|-----2--------2-----|
A||--3--------3--------|--2-----------------|--0--------0--------|
E||--------------------|--------------------|--------------------|

-----------0--------|--------------------|-----------0--------||
--------1-----1-----|--------------------|--------------------||
-----------------2--|--------5--------5--|--------4-----4-----||
-----2--------------|-----2--------2-----|-----2-----------2--||
--0-----------------|--3--------3--------|--2-----------------||
--------------------|--------------------|--------------------||

I started transcribing this song as well but didn't go very far with it.
