The Dm is actually a Dsus2/A and it slides in fom a Dmadd9 and Dsus2

An easier slide is tune down to drop D and just slide the 6th string and play the Dm or whatever it is. Other than that it sounds pretty damn good!

There is an F major missing in the end of the chorus, just before the D or Dm. It gives the bluesy style the song has.
