This song will have your A string tuned down to a G so that your 7th fret matches your
Listen to the song and it will make perfect sense (If it doesn't already). Got it okay

At 1:15 Where Mark says "So I sent her back an empty box..."
You play the strings muted by lifting your fretting finger after you've played the note.

The whole song basically repeats itself but there are slight differences and I have tabbed them out...

Mark would play with on only two strings, putting the D and G strings into the regular A and D slots and tuning the G up one step. Thusly, the song would play like such:

A---0------5---|---3-----7---
D-0---0--5---5-|-3---7-7---7-
