[Verse 1]
  Em Em#5 Em6 Em#5 Em F#7
Blackberry way, abso - lutely pouring down with rain,
         Am C B7
It's a terrible day,
Em Em#5 Em6 Em#5 Em F#7
Up with the lark, silly girl, I don't know what to say,
          Am D7
She was running away!
G Bm/F# Em Bm Bbm Am
So now I'm standing on the corner, lost in the things that I said,

Thanks Maguri. Lyrically it's said that this, the Move's biggest hit, was inspired by The Beatles 'Penny Lane'. Musically I wonder if Roy Wood was influenced by the James Bond theme too for that chord progression in the verses?
