Excellent tab! as it does work, there's many little things to make it sound better.. like with the outro:

as you play D: strum all open except on the 4th string play 4-6-7-4 and then to F#m
and then back to D (strumming 4th string 4-6-7-4) to F#m and E
back to D (4th string 4-6-7-4) to A (making sure you really hit the 7th on the 3rd string)
and then to Bm played like:

D|-12---|
A|-9---|
D|-9---

A|-0---|
F#|-0---|
D|-11---|
A|-9---|
D|-9---

Hope this makes sense and helps at all...

Great effort. I just found about this live video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVdbgpOpW78 The song should be pretty easy to figure out using the video and your chords, although Greg seems to play them them using more difficult fingerings.
