The pattern for the verse is pretty much the same throughout:

e|------------|
B|------------|
G|--x--x--x--x| ect.
D|------------|
A|------------|
E|-x--x--x--x-|

So I will give you the notes
its simple enough

e|------------ -----------------------------------------|
B|------------ -----------------------------------------|
G|-4--5--2--4- -7--5--9--12--11--12--11--14--16--12--11-|
D|------------ x2 -----------------------------------------|
A|------------ -----------------------------------------|
E|-3--5--2--3- -7--5--8--12--10--12--10--14--15--12--10-|

Pre Chorus: ("I took you by the hand, and we stood tall")
e|-----------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------0---------------------------------|
G|-------0-------0-------0-----0---------0-------0-------0-------0-| x2
D|-----2-------2-------2-----2---------0-------0-------0-------0---|
A|---2-------2-------2-----3---------2-------2-------2-------2-----|
E|-0-------0-------0---------------3-------3-------3-------3-------|

Chorus: ("There will come a time, you'll see")
e|-----------------------------------------|
B|-------0-------0-------------------------|
G|-----0-------0---------------------------|
D|---3-------5-------3-3---3-3---3-3---3-3-|
A|-2-------7-------------------------------|
E|-----------------3-----3-----3-----3-----|

Sorry, I know its lazy tabing but I hope you get the idea
enjoy

just took a look at this, noticed an issue during the chorus. should be 3rd fret on the A string, i guess then 2nd string on the D string. haven't studied it to hear the exact notes, but it's definitely a C bass note (A string 3rd fret).

Great tab for the most part.

Firstly, I agree with the guy above me, should be a C shape on the first note of the chorus. Also, the last note of the chorus shouldn't have a 3 on the D string; it should just be a G shape.

I also think in the pre-chorus you could sneak in a D/F# as a transition between G and Em at the beginning of the progression.
