*This is palm muted on the first chorus playing only the lower few strings.
*The chords are basically D, G, A, and B minor.
The non chord tones are incidental because of the tuning and add color.
*Play as eighth notes using all down strokes accenting every beat.
He also occasionally adds sixteenth pickups going into 1 and 3.
Just listen to the recording and get the feel right and it will be fine.

*This is the part after the first chorus where the banjo comes in and is also the the
rest of the verses.
It's the same as the first verse, played as chords rather than picked.

Best tab so far, although in this video of them playing http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJcvLyoAAnk&feature=fvst it looks like for the second part of the verse he does something a little different. He seems to do this
D |-----------------------------------------|
A |-----------------------0--0--------------|
D |-------4-------0---0---0--0--------------|
A |---4-------0-----------2--0--------------|
D |--4-------0------0-----------------------|
I'm not sure, tell me what you think.

This is definitely the most accurate tab I've seen. I believe this just about exactly how Marcus Mumford plays it.
