I know some of these chords are kind of weird, but I am certain they are the right ones.
did this based off an acoustic version I saw on YouTube at Jonathan Ross - Radio 2

Chords used:
Bm - x24432
Gm7 - 320002
C#7 - x46464
F#sus4 - 224422
F# - 244322
A - x02220
Em - 022000 or 079980

Intro:
Bm GM7 C#7 F#sus4 F#

Verse:
Bm
Lips are turning blue
GM7
A kiss that can't renew
C#7
I only dream of you
F#sus4 F#
My beautiful

Bm
Tip toe to your room
GM7
A starlight in the gloom
C#7
I only dream of you
F#sus4 F# A (A leads into the chorus)
And you never knew

Chorus:
A Em
Sing for absolution
       A
I will be singing
                      Em
And falling from your grace

Bm GM7 C#7 F#sus4 F#

Verse 2:
Bm
There's nowhere left to hide
GM7
In no one to confide
C#7
The truth burns deep inside
F#sus4 F#
And will never die

Bm
Lips are turning blue
GM7
A kiss that can't renew
C#7
I only dream of you
F#sus4 F# A
My beautiful

Chorus:
A Em
Sing for absolution
       A
I will be singing
                      Em
And falling from your grace

Bridge: Bm GM7 C#7 F#sus4 F# A

Chorus:
A Em
Sing for absolution
       A
I will be singing
                      Em
And falling from your grace

Outro:
Bm GM7
Our wrongs remain unrectified
        C#7 F#sus4 F# Bm
And our souls won't be exhumed

And that's it, just play Bm til the end. Hope this was ok for my first tab, I am not
if including all the lyrics/parts were necessary, but make sure to rate and comment :)

umm well...
first of all, it's in another key than the original...i don't know if that is so.
and second:
320002 - this is NEVER Gm7...it's Gmaj7...I think you meant that.

and 224422 is not F#sus4...it's Bsus2/F#...
F#sus4 would be 244422

Yeah my appologies on the Gm7, I did mean Gmaj7. And I am pretty certain that F#sus4 can be either 244422 or 224422 but you are correct in that Bsus2/F# is played like that also. You are also correct in that it is in a different key but that's how they play it in the performance I based this off of. I guess this tab is kind of pointless but I really liked the acoustic performance of this I watched so figured I'd put up chords. Thank you for taking the time to comment though :) This is my first tab so I don't mind if it gets bashed lol
