Not exactly sure the tuning. At the very least it's in Dropped D. (Maybe lower)

There is a video from Sal Costa himself on how to play this song, in the guitar lesson videos. The tuning is C# for the 6th string and everything else is tuned a half step down. The first part of the intro is the 6th, 5th, and 4th strings instead of the 3rd fret like you have. And then a power chord of some kind, iforget what he said. Then he says the other couple picking pieces right after that.
