The Capo position should be on the 3rd fret, and some of these chord progressions are slightly off. I will attempt to post a corrected one.

Well, notice the guitar is tuned down a half step, so therefore capo 4 would actually be correct... but why do it down a half step if you're putting on a capo??? I guess if you're always down a half step it makes sense, but not many Church people are dropping down to grunge tuning... ;-)

For what it's worth, I leave my acoustic tuned down a half step all the time. I got used to the feel of light strings, and then switched to mediums for the sound. Flat tuning makes medium strings easier on the fingers. Also, if you ever watch a video of Crowder teaching one of his songs, he's always tuned a half step flat, too.
