Alright, these are the chords for Neil Halstead’s Palindrome Hunches (from the album Palindrome Hunches). 
I pulled them from a video in which he plays chords on the guitar while someone else plays piano
(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EdC_pQbUqsQ). I have no idea what the piano is doing, as I am not a pianist. 
However, these chords by themselves sound nice enough for a simple acoustic cover.
